Day 6 of the Daily Blog from the NCSA All-Star Team

As members of the NCSA All-Star Team, Janet Hu, Chuck Katis, Nick Tremols are competing in the Irish Long Course Nationals. Coach John Flanagan is a Coach of the Team. They are maintaining a blog of their experiences on this trip. They continue to swim fast. The report of their sixth day is below. (You can read their earliers Blogs day here: First Day

After a good night’s rest, the competition continued: Janet swam the 50 fly, finishing 6th in finals. Nick also finaled in the 50 fly, swam the 100 freestyle, and was a part of the silver medal winning 4 x 200 freestyle relay, and Chuck swam in the semi-finals of the 100 breaststroke and will compete in the finals. Also, a number of USA swimmers traded both caps and shirts for those of Irish competitors.
